We have been assisting focus group moderators since 2003 in summarizing and reporting. We work with transcriptions of live groups, one-on-one interviews, and online message boards.

We can save you time by assisting you in a variety of ways. For example, we will:

• compile a summary of each project/transcript to assist you in  reporting, noting key differences and/or simlarities among groups and pulling the "best" quotes to reflect the findings
• take notes during focus groups
• transcribe recorded focus groups or phone interviews
• improve readability of online transcripts by correcting spelling and grammar
• coordinate notes, thoughts and ideas into a bulleted list of highlights
• revise reports for clarity
