We have been assisting focus group moderators since 2003 in summarizing transcripts for reporting. We work with transcriptions of in-person sessions, one-on-one interviews, and online message boards and chats.

• analyze your transcripts and provide a tallied summary of the main ideas and themes that emerge
• take note of any differences and/or similarities among different groups or markets
• highlight the "best" quotes that support the overall findings
• improve readability of online transcripts by correcting spelling and grammar
• revise reports for clarity, accuracy, and spelling and grammar prior to you sending it to your client
